Wüstenrot Foundation sets up funding program

2021

The Ludwigsburg based Wüstenrot Foundation’s funding program "Culture despite and after Corona 2021" is dedicted to ensure that cultural life in the Stuttgart region remains as diverse as possible during the pandemic.

The program focusses on creators who have been hit especially hard by the pandemic-related restrictions: freelancers working in the artistic, scientific and educational fields.

Non-profit institutions with a cultural focus can apply for funds in order to finance regional plans and projects that will be carried out with the help of freelancers until the end of 2021. The cost for the freelancers involved will be assumed by the Wüstenrot Foundation. The funds are continuously allocated at the discretion of the foundation. Possible funding sums range from 1,000 to 20,000 Euro per project. The Wüstenrot Foundation will provide up to 25,000 Euro per week under this funding program. A total volume of € 1 million is available. The funded plans and projects are regularly published on the website of the Wüstenrot Foundation.
