ARTEFAKT Kulturkonzepte was founded in 1994 in Berlin. Our team consists of partners and a staff of qualified freelancers. Our profiles combine studies in art, drama, history, communication, cultural management, economics and journalism along with a variety of professional qualifications and skills.

Our services include media and public relations, design of communication concepts and strategies, consulting for cultural brands, text creation and editing, event management, project management, and of course on- and offline marketing in the culture sector.

Our client base consists of numerous public and private cultural institutions, independent groups and individual artists active in the fields of visual and fine arts, photography, literature, performance, opera and theater, classical music, cultural exchange, culture policy and public education. We not only represent German-based clients, but also competently support international clients presenting themselves in Germany.

For over 30 years we have worked for more than 1000 projects. Our team works in flexible combinations close to each client's needs, always investing our own creativity to develop individual concepts. At home in the media and cultural field we contribute to your project with original ideas, concepts and long term strategies.

The MARIENBURG, a local creative hub and former transformer substation, is home to our offices.

Celia Solf

We are heartbroken. Our dear colleague and friend Celia passed away unexpectedly on January 18. We are mourning her deeply and feel an immense sense of loss. As a co-founder of Artefakt Kulturkonzepte, Celia shaped the agency from its very beginning. She was not only a driving force in our work, but also a trusted partner and a wonderful person whose presence meant so much to all of us. Working alongside her was a privilege, and her warmth, commitment, and clarity will stay with us. Our thoughts and deepest sympathy are especially with her family and loved ones at this painful time. May she rest in peace. We miss her greatly.
