Royal Oman Symphony Orchestra

The Royal Oman Symphony Orchestra (ROSO) is a unique Arab orchestra performing at the Philharmonie Berlin. It is the only Western-style symphony orchestra in the region that is made up exclusively of musicians from the country. The occasion of the concert in Berlin is the presentation of the Sultanate of Oman as the guest country at this year's ITB Berlin.

Following its brilliant debut in 2007 at the international youth orchestra festival Young Euro Classic, the Royal Oman Symphony Orchestra is returning to Berlin for the first time in 17 years. The concert program promises an excellent mix of classical music and typical Omani music.
